Relief is the first rapid psychological relief service dedicated to emotional emergencies and daily well-being. It welcomes people in the Milan office and online in a virtual studio, from Sunday to Friday, from 1pm to 8pm. This is the app given to the centers patients, to help them continue their emotional regulation exercises even at home, through targeted and effective tools. Contains sections on psychoeducation, mindfulness, self-hypnosis, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques.
